Mentoring Scheme:

 At BICC you are fully supported whatever your career aspirations or past experience might be. Our mentoring programme was established to give everyone in the company access to a dedicated, independent and fully trained mentor.

Your mentor can help you understand your particular needs, help you draft short-term action plans and long-term career goals and identify the type of work and environment that will suit your personal and professional growth.

A Mace mentor’s role is to provide guidance and support, challenge and coach you to enable your growth and development within BICC. Everyone at BICC is encouraged to get involved in the scheme as a mentor, a mentee or both. It is a great way to learn from more experienced colleagues as a mentee; and being a mentor is a great opportunity to develop your coaching and people management skills and give something back.
